Welches Device steckt hinter einer verschlüsselten Partition?

Im folgenden Output sieht man das /vol/backup mit dem Device /dev/mapper/backup verbunden ist. Doch welches Device steckt hinter /dev/mapper/backup?

Dies kann man mittels des Befehl dmsetup erfragen:

In der letzten Zeile sieht man das es sich um ein verschlüsseltes Device handelt welches die Device-Number 8:34 verwendet.

Ein einfacher ls zeigt dann das physikalische Device für die Backup-Partition:
